Check Your Drinking

Are you a SAIT student who is curious about your drinking habits? Check Your Drinking is a confidential on-line screen that can help you learn about your individual alcohol use and how it compares to other Canadian post-secondary students.

What you should know about Check Your Drinking:

  • It is an anonymous survey that allows you to better understand your drinking habits in private and at no cost to you.
  • The tool only takes 10 to 15 minutes to complete
  • After completing the survey, you receive a personalized report that helps you better understand your own situation and decide if you would benefit from changing your drinking habits.
  • You have the option of having your personalized report emailed to you or your health care professional. Please note that a counsellor can be considered a health care professional.

Contact SAIT's Student Development and Counselling at (403) 284-7023, MA 205, Heritage Hall if you have any questions or would like to talk directly to a counsellor about your alcohol use.
